1Introduction

Welcome to 19myr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 19myr ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 19myr website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and any other features or content made available through the platform at https://19myr.cam and its associated subdomains.

19myr is an online gaming platform operating under international gaming licensing. The platform offers a range of services including, but not limited to, live casino games, slot games, sports betting (including live football and Liga Super Malaysia odds), lottery-style games, esports wagering, and arcade games, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and accessible by eligible players from supported jurisdictions.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 19myr, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the services offered by 19myr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 19myr enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all real-money gaming activities. Creating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are registering and playing in your own name and for your own personal and recreational use. The creation of accounts on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law ("Prohibited Jurisdiction").
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 19myr or any of its affiliated entities, partners, or service providers.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 19myr or any connected operator at the time of registration.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or terminated by 19myr for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the 19myr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 19myr promptly of any changes. 19myr shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any point thereafter at our reasonable discretion, 19myr will require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back;
• Valid passport (biographical data page);
• Valid Malaysian driving licence (as supplementary identification only);
• Proof of residential address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months;
• A recent selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document.

19myr reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary to satisfy its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations, source-of-funds enquiries, or internal compliance requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

19myr accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT — TRC20/ERC20 networks) are also accepted. All account balances are maintained and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is RM19 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 19myr does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment processors or financial institutions may impose their own charges, for which 19myr bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the associated funds or winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet withdrawals and RM100 for bank transfer withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 19myr aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow) within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• 19myr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays. Players will be notified and provided with a reasonable timeline where such reviews are required.

6Bonuses & Promotions

19myr may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback credits, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and must be read alongside these general Terms.

The following general principles apply to all promotions offered on the Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When a Bonus is active in your account, the maximum permissible bet per spin, hand, or round is typically capped between RM250 and RM500. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute between 0% and 20%, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window (where applicable) and wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time.
• Abuse and Fraud: 19myr reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of technical errors, collusion, or any other activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Bonus abuse may result in permanent account suspension.

7Gameplay & Wagering Rules

All games available on the 19myr Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology and/or live streaming from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of the Platform's commercial interests, and 19myr does not manipulate, alter, or interfere with game results in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, any bets affected by the error will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. 19myr's decision regarding the outcome of bets affected by technical errors shall be final. Where a palpable error results in an incorrectly stated market, price, or game outcome, 19myr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players.

For sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other events offered on the Platform, the following conditions apply:

• All bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• 19myr reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice, including during live events.
• Suspicious betting patterns that may indicate match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated abuse will be flagged for review, and affected bets may be voided pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and event, as displayed on the Platform. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 19myr Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 19myr reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the following, without prior notice and with forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Creating or operating more than one registered Account ("multi-accounting");
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any scripting tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits through your financial institution;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate your Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Any other conduct that, in 19myr's reasonable judgment, constitutes an abuse of the Platform, its promotions, or its Player community.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 19myr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game content — is the property of 19myr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform; reverse engineer or decompile any software; create derivative works; or use any trademarks or branding belonging to 19myr without prior written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 19myr and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, interruption of service, or loss of goodwill — even if 19myr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

19myr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, we cannot guarantee continuous uptime and shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical outages, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases, 19myr's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gambling

19myr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and recreation — not a means to generate income or to escape personal, financial, or emotional difficulties. Players are strongly encouraged to gamble within their means, set personal limits, and seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Limits & Reality Checks: Time-based reminders and session duration limits to help players stay aware of the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period for permanent exclusions.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break from gambling of 24 hours to 30 days, during which deposits and wagering are suspended.

12Account Suspension & Closure

19myr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach, or suspected breach, of any provision of these Terms;
• The Company is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order;
• The Player is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• The Player's account shows activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• A self-exclusion request has been processed for the relevant Player;
• The Player's account has remained inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more ("Dormant Account").

Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.

13Disputes & Complaints

In the event of any dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform, its services, or these Terms, Players should contact 19myr's customer support team in the first instance. Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a specific game or wager, the relevant game log data held by the Platform shall constitute the primary source of evidence. In cases where a palpable error or malfunction is confirmed, 19myr will take appropriate remedial action, including voiding affected bets and returning stakes where warranted. The Company's determination of disputes shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process made available through 19myr's licensing authority.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 19myr holds its international gaming licence. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they are doing so of their own volition and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable Malaysian laws.

15Amendments to These Terms

19myr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
